LEXINGTON, Ky., Jan. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Coach Federation Foundation (ICFF) Board of Trustees has named its 2018 executive leadership team and welcomed two new Trustees.

Executive Coach Dave Wondra will serve as 2018 President of the ICFF Board of Trustees. He brings more than 30 years of business and executive leadership experience to his new role. As CEO of WondraGroup, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, he coaches CEOs and executives on improving their leadership results.

Wondra is a past Chair of the International Coach Federation Global Board; he also served as an ICF Global Board Director and Secretary/Treasurer, and as the Board's ambassador to ICFF. He joined the ICFF Board of Trustees in 2017.

Wondra holds ICF's Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.

"I am honored to be elected to lead the Foundation, and I will work with my colleagues on the Board of Trustees to further the development of social progress through the impact of coaching," Wondra said.

Immediate Past President Paula Cushing will remain on the executive team as Treasurer. Based in the Greater New York City, USA, area, Cushing is a director for sales learning at IBM.

Also joining the executive team is Ann Dorgan, PCC. She is based in Seattle, Washington, USA, where she is CEO of Gumball Enterprises.

The ICFF Board of Trustees also added two new members: Dumi Magadlela, Ph.D., and ICF Associate Certified Coach Maria Elena Retter.

Magadlela is an Executive and Leadership Coach based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a leadership development specialist and program manager, coach and facilitator for the Development Bank of Southern Africa's Pan African Capacity Building Program.

Retter is an Atlanta, Georgia, USA-based management consultant and Executive Coach who is passionate about helping leaders transform themselves and their organizations to achieve results. She previously served as Executive Director of The Goizueta Foundation.

Magadlela and Retter join two returning Trustees in the second year of their terms:
