Ineos restarts Grangemouth refinery unit, expects flaring

LONDON (Reuters) - Ineos expects controlled elevated flaring as it restarts one of its manufacturing plant at the Grangemouth oil refining site in Scotland, the chemicals company said in a statement on Monday.
