As part of this initiative, Grupo Ángeles Servicios de Salud will bring together data from multiple disparate IT systems across the organization, including electronic medical record systems, labs, imaging systems, and pharmacies. Providers can view aggregated data at the point of care, while seamlessly and securely sharing medical data with other providers involved in the patient's care plan. In addition, patients will have access to a mobile app that provides full access to their medical information from anywhere they received care in the Grupo Ángeles system.
