It is noteworthy that Uzbekistan every year improves in the international ranking 'Doing Business': in just one year, he got up at once by 16 points. According to the criteria of 'support for new business' the country ranks 42 in the world, to ensure fulfillment of the concluded contracts - 32 th. Over the past three years, the indicator 'loans to small businesses,' Your republic rose from 154 th to 42 th place, having improved its ranking in 2015 by as much as 63 positions.

Well thought-out policy of Uzbekistan to improve the business climate was also noted in the report of the World Bank, which states that in the sphere of the Republic among the top ten countries in the world, which in 2015 achieved the best results.

In the past year, which is also significant, with a view to the implementation of projects on modernization, technical and technological renewal of industry, structural changes in the economy were attracted 15.8 billion dollars in investments, including more than 3.3 billion of investment from abroad, of which 73% constitute direct foreign investment.

Director of the Institute of Finance of India, Professor Aman Agarwal:

- It was encouraging to learn that in 2015 Uzbekistan carried out comprehensive work to implement fully thought-out program aimed at ensuring the reliable protection of the interests of private entrepreneurship and small businesses.

We appreciate the fact that, speaking of the main priorities of socio-economic development for 2016, Islam Karimov outlined the major landmarks continuous technological and technical re-equipment of production and the constant search for internal resources, modernization and diversification of industry.

In this context, I would like to note that the comprehensive measures aimed at radical renewal of production facilities, attracting foreign investment, the introduction of advanced technologies are an important factor in ensuring the sustainability of the Uzbek economy and high growth rate of GDP.
