David S. Martin received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 2007 (cum laude), where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review and Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Martin was a Law Clerk to Judge Harold Lowenstein in the Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals. Mr. Martin is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Martin is based in Kansas City.

Alan P. Woolever earned a B.S. in Finance (summa cum laude) from Arizona State University, a J.D. (cum laude) and a LL.M. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. While in law school he was an Articles Editor for The Urban Lawyer Law Review and the Arthur Mag Graduate Fellow in Tax Law. Mr. Woolever is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance and the Kansas City Municipal Bond Club. Mr. Woolever is based in Kansas City.

J. Ryan Boatright received his B.A. in Economics with Honors from the University of Missouri in 2007 and his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Missouri in 2010, where he was Lead Articles Editor of the Missouri Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2013. Ryan is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He serves on the Legal Aid of Western Missouri – Justice for All Campaign Leadership Committee. Mr. Boatright is based in Kansas City.

Erick S. Creach received his B.S. degree in Economics (summa cum laude) from Missouri State University in 2002 and his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 2005, where he was an Associate Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. After completing law school, Mr. Creach served a one-year term as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr., on the Supreme Court of Missouri. He completed his Executive LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2013. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Creach is based in St. Louis.
