SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO THE FACTORING AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 29 December 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Factoring Agreement I entered into between Customer B and Fullin Factoring, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Company would like to supplement that to the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief and having made all reasonable enquiries, Customer B and its ultimate beneficial owner are Independent Third Parties as at the date of the Announcement.
