Ethos Capital LP (“Ethos” or the “Firm”) announced today that Chris Ritchie has joined the Firm as a Partner.

Mr. Ritchie joins from ABRY Partners (“ABRY”) where Ethos Co-CEOs Erik Brooks and Fadi Chehadé were Partners before co-founding Ethos. Mr. Ritchie collaborated on multiple transactions with Mr. Brooks during their tenure together at ABRY.

During his tenure at ABRY, Mr. Ritchie was actively involved with investments in the information services, software, financial services and IT services sectors. While at ABRY, he served on the board of directors of numerous companies, including Confie Seguros, Centauri Health Solutions, Kingland Systems, Meadowlark Title, SambaSafety, Smart Start and Portfolio Group. Previously, Mr. Ritchie worked as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings. Mr. Ritchie received a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania.
