In his former role as COO at iStorage, Consalvo managed 70 self-storage locations across 12 states. At Elite, he has extensive plans to build out the management platform. His plans include implementing an automated revenue management system, advanced digital marketing, inquiry and conversion tracking, and various other automated accountability systems to help operations stay in the know and drive profitability at Elite.
