Louisville - Councilman Tom Owen is inviting District 8 residents to begin 2016 by joining him for his first 'Talk with Tom' on Saturday, January 22nd at Heine Brothers Coffee, 3600 Bardstown Road in the Gardiner Lane Shopping Center from 9:00am until 11:00am.
'With the start of a new year, I am ready to hear from anyone who may be concerned about an issue in the district or just want to talk about something local in the year ahead,' says Owen. 'As I have said before, here is your chance to get my attention. No pressure and no formal agenda, just simple conversation.'
The Councilman hosts 'Talk with Tom' once a month in various locations as a way of making himself available to the people of the district who may not have an opportunity to come downtown during the week.
