Housing Policy Questionnaire Available

The City is undertaking an update of the Housing Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan. As an integral part of this Plan update, the City is asking the community to provide ideas and opinions to help shape future housing goals and policies to benefit its residents.
The Open City Hall questionnaire, available through the link below, presents the existing policies within the Housing Element of the Comprehensive Plan for your review and comment.
In addition to evaluating existing housing goals and policies, the questionnaire provides a number of open ended questions for you to state what you feel should also be considered in updating Ashland's Housing Element . While Ashland does not see itself as a provider or major developer of housing, the City's policies and land development ordinances have direct impact upon land availability, development sites, and housing types which will are used to meet the communities housing needs. Your help in updating these policies is much appreciated.
