China will increase effective investment - Premier Li

China will increase effective investment this year and keep liquidity reasonably ample, Chinese state radio reported on Wednesday, citing comments by Premier Li Keqiang.

Li also reiterated China will implement proactive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy, and prioritise employment.
