(Stock Code: 383) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT LAPSE OF OPTIONS

References are made to the announcement of China Medical & HealthCare Group Limited (the "Company") dated 14 July 2015 whereas on 13 July 2015 Vigor Online Offshore Limited granted the Options to various grantees which were exercisable within 12 months from 13 July 2015 and the Company's announcement dated 13 July 2016 regarding the extension of the exercise end period and increase in the option price of the Options (collectively "Announcements").

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

On 16 January 2017 (after trading hours), Vigor Online Offshore Limited informed the Company that the remaining Options which were exercisable at any time up to 13 January 2017 have lapsed on 13 January 2017, being the last day of the exercise period.
