APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGES TO COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Federal International (2000) Ltd (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Mr Koh Beng Guan, Don will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2017.

The composition of the Board of the Company shall henceforth as follow:-
