By its Order No. OD-3746, dated 25 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 25 December 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company AgroS, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3775, location: 8 Lenina Prospekt, bldg. V, Room 6, Balashikha 143907, the Moscow Region; TIN 7014039152; PSRN 1027000772810; hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3412, dated 1 December 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Vladimir A. Iosipchuk (mailing address: P.O.Box 8057, 63 Sokolova Street, Rostov-on-Don 344000), a receiver, member of the non-profit partnership Siberian Guild of Turnaround Managers (10 Berezhkovskaya Embankment, Room 200, Moscow 121059) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
