Canadian home sales up 0.2% in December

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canadian home sales rose 0.2% in December from November even as supply fell to a record low level, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on Monday.

The national average selling price was C$713,500 ($569,161) in December, up 17.7% from a year earlier, the industry group said.
