ANN ARBOR, MI--(Marketwired - Jan 11, 2016) - ForeSee, the leader in Voice of Customer solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Pete Daffern as Chief Executive Officer. Daffern joins the company at a time of record high revenues and will help accelerate ForeSee's strong performance and growth trajectory.

ForeSee, founded in 2001 and acquired by Answers Corporation in 2013, plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience strategies of thousands of the world's most notable brands and organizations. Its patented Voice of Customer solution (VOC) is a systematic approach to managing the multi-channel customer experience with certainty. To keep up with the growing demand for ForeSee's solution and to evolve its clients' unique journey, one of Daffern's first major undertakings is to invest aggressively in talent and innovation by doubling the employee base in engineering and support.

Pete is a veteran enterprise software executive with an impressive history of achieving customer loyalty and record growth. Before joining ForeSee, he was the President of EMEA and vertical markets at NetSuite and was one of the key leaders responsible for growing the world's top cloud ERP company to a valuation of $10B. Previously he was CEO of ClairMail where he repositioned the company as the #1 mobile banking and payments platform selling to retail banks. Under his leadership, ClairMail was sold to Monitise in 2012.

"Companies realize just how critical customer experience is to their bottom line, and that failing to anticipate the next step in their customer's journey has significant economic impact. We're facing a massive opportunity for ForeSee to become the definitive leader in customer experience solutions," said Marcelo Gigliani, Board Director at ForeSee and at Answers Corporation, as well as Partner at Apax Partners. "Pete is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of propelling businesses forward, elevating their brand profile, and building a culture that encourages innovation on every front. We are very excited about how Pete will accelerate ForeSee's growth by advancing the company's mission to help businesses more meaningfully engage with their customers."

"This is an exciting time to be at ForeSee. Customer experience is the undisputed leader in the battle for business growth and nobody does VOC like we do. Our underlying technology, our people, and our client base are as impressive as I've ever seen," said Daffern. "We have a clear and precise strategy that includes significant investments in growing our team, engineering and product innovations, and world class sales, marketing and client services. We expect to dramatically increase ForeSee's already-impressive historical growth rate."

Pete also served as Chairman and CEO of Purisma and VP of Business Development at Vitria Technology. He started his career at Crystal Decisions, a business intelligence suite that is still widely utilized by SAP. He was involved in growing the business from its infancy into a multi-billion dollar asset. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Board at SynchHR, and is a board member at Amplience and Revoo, and a Venture Partner with Octopus Ventures. He was a board member at Market Metrix which was successfully sold to private equity in 2014.
