Further to the Company's announcement on 5 December 2012, the Board of Directors of AJR wishes to inform that the Company has on 7 January 2013 completed the disposal of AJR's entire shareholdings in Anshin Precision Industries Sdn Bhd comprising of 4,448,825 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc and Marubeni-Itochu Steel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and the full consideration of RM8,897,650 has been duly received.
