Dr. Welch founded CRO and Western Medical Clinical Laboratories, Inc. and served as President.
He began his career at the University of Texas Health Science Center as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology.
He has more than 20 years of experience in drug development.
Dr. Welch received a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
