Tom Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton has extensive high-tech experience from a variety of sales and management positions.
Currently, he is the Founder and President of the Hamilton Group, a group of companies utilizing advanced technology for recruiting and employee selection.
He brings experience to client companies in hiring, training, selling and managing.
Mr. Hamilton's understanding of the fast paced Internet economy makes him ideally suited to recruit in the e-commerce space.
Mr. Hamilton is also the creator of Central Iowa’s High Tech Happ’e’ Hour, a casual forum in which to exchange ideas about emerging management and business strategies, recruiting top talent, daily operations, leveraging capital for profitability, and other information technology issues.
In the past, Mr. Hamilton has held a variety of sales and management positions with the Maytag Company, United States Surgical Corporation (Tyco International), and most recently with software innovator Engineering Animation Inc. Involvement in community service, Chamber of Commerce activities, Rotary International and fraternal organizations have also highlighted his career.
Mr. Hamilton holds his B.A.
in Marketing and Advertising from Drake University 1987 and is a graduate of numerous advanced sales, marketing and management training classes.
