Timothy L.
Pullen has been Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Tenet Healthcare Corp.
since August 2003.
Previously, he was Interim Chief Financial Officer of Tenet Healthcare from November 2005 to June 2006 and Vice President and Controller from 1995 to 1999, when he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Controller.
Mr. Pullen joined The Hillhaven Corporation in 1983 and served in various executive positions, including Vice President of Finance.
He received an MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
