Thomas Messier

Mr. Messier has been employed in the fixed income securities industry for over twenty years.
He has been a managing member of Medalist Properties since December 2003 and works withMedalist Fund Manager, Inc. and President of Medalist Securities, Inc. Before forming Medalist Properties, he was Managing Partner of Westmoreland Capital Management, and served as a Director of Global Capital Markets at First Union Securities for ten years prior to that.
Mr. Messier also was a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Bank of America and has spent his career marketing structured fixed income investments to financial institutional investors.
His most recent experience in structured fixed income products included Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Backed Securities and Collateralized Debt Obligations.
His former positions with Westmoreland Capital and First Union involved the development of European Institutional investors for these structures.
Mr. Messier received his BBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in 1977.
He is a Registered Principal and Registered Representative of the FINRA.
