Prior to joining Blum Capital, Mr. Jensen was an associate at Allen & Company in the Merger Arbitrage and Special Situations group in New York City.
His responsibilities included financial analysis, due diligence, idea generation, risk analysis, evaluation and execution.
Prior to Allen & Company, Mr. Jensen was an analyst at Merrill Lynch in their investment banking practice working with clients in real estate, technology, telecommunications and media on equity, equity linked, debt, and IPO transactions, as well as execution of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Jensen has a B.S.
from Cornell University (cum laude) and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa.
