RP Rheinische Portfolio Management GmbH (RPM) is an independent German defensive asset management specialist firm which manages and designs investment funds for professional fund advisors and portfolio managers. Based in Cologne, the firm also offers individual mandates to high-net worth individuals and institutional investors including banks, insurance companies, foundations and pension funds. The RP Global Absolute Return fund is one of RPM's core products of RPM.

Ampega Investment GmbH (AGI) is the investment management subsidiary of Talanx Asset Management GmbH, itself a subsidiary of Insurance Federation of German Industry's Talanx AG (XE: TLX) in Germany. Formerly known as Gerling Investment KAG, the firm was established in 1968 and is based in Cologne. AGI provides asset management services to private individuals and institutions.
