Sivan joined RiverVest in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s financial operations, including those related to its various funds, portfolio company investments, and management company.
Prior to joining RiverVest, Sivan served as CFO at Halman Aldubi Investment House Ltd., a publicly traded company in the Tel Aviv stock exchange, that manages primarily pension fund assets and invests in a variety of vehicles, from stocks and bonds to real estate and more, in Israel and Europe.
During her 13 years at the Israeli investment firm, assets under management grew from $250 million to $14 billion.
Sivan managed the finance team and the firm’s cash positions.
She also played a central role in the firm’s M&A transactions and led the finance role for the firm’s IPOs.
Sivan’s previous experience also includes four years as an audit and assurance senior manager at Deloitte in Tel Aviv, Israel.
