Simon Kinnaird

Mr. Simon Kinnaird is Vice President at CFI Capital, Inc. Prior to joining CFI, Mr. Kinnaird was Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets group where he was responsible for structuring domestic and cross-border real estate financings and private equity placements.
Mr. Kinnaird has also held senior positions at Manulife Capital, GE, and Bank of America.
While at Manulife Capital, Mr. Kinnaird assisted in the repositioning of over $500 million in assets and the establishment of a real estate joint venture investment program.
Mr. Kinnaird was specifically hired by GE Capital to assist in the restructuring of a $300 million real estate investment portfolio and while Vice President at Bank of America was responsible for the Bank’s real estate lending activities in Eastern Canada.
Mr. Kinnaird established the Bank as a premier source of construction and acquisition financing in this region.

Mr. Kinnaird is a business administration graduate from Concordia University of Montreal and a member of many professional real estate associations in Canada.
