Sherry House

Ms. House joined Alta Partners in 2005.
Prior to joining Alta, she worked as a Financial Consultant to CMEA Ventures.
From 2000 to 2002, she was as an Associate in the West Coast office of Gabriel Venture Partners where she focused on Information Technology, Telematics, and Telecommunication Services investments.
Previously, she was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance practice of Deloitte & Touche.
While at D&T, she provided financial advisory and valuation services to client CEOs and CFOs.
She began her career as an automotive engineer at General Motors Corporation and later held management positions in the Controller’s Staff, Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Venture Capital areas.
