Sheri W. Manning

Ms. Sheri W.
Manning is Vice President at UPMC Health Plan, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the overall marketing activities of UPMC Health Plan and contributes to the UPMC Insurance Services Division’s entire market product line.
She also leads the Marketing & Communications department and directs programs that support the Health Plan’s relationships with members, providers, customers, and staff.
Ms. Manning joined the Health Plan in 2011, after serving as vice president for Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Advertising for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida in Jacksonville.
Previously, she worked for Citibank and AT&T Universal Card Services.
Ms. Manning has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing Strategy and Communication from Florida State University and an MBA from Jacksonville University.
