Sarah joined MetaFund in 2014.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, she is part of the Executive Management Committee and is responsible for accounting, portfolio servicing, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, regulatory compliance, and related management information systems for MetaFund, its operating subsidiaries, as well as some portfolio companies.
Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a M.S.
in Accountancy from Oklahoma State University.
She joined MetaFund after serving as a Senior Audit manager with KPMG LLP in their Oklahoma City practice.
She has more than 11 years of experience providing financial statement audit and audit of internal control.
During her tenure at KPMG, Sarah provided audit and audit-related services to a variety of private and public entities with emphasis on not-for-profit, governmental and other public sector entities, as well as financial service and insurance.
Sarah also served as KPMG’s lead campus recruiter for Oklahoma State University and coordinator of their office community involvement activities.
In the past, Sarah has served as a Board member and Treasurer for the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Oklahoma, Inc. She has also been actively involved and volunteered with the United Way, Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, Edmond Women’s Club, and her children’s school PTO.
Sarah resides in Edmond with her husband and two children.
