Degler has been a Director of Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. since 1990 and is a Member of the Executive Committee, the Budget Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Investment Committees.
She is Chairman of Tax Management, Inc. Previously, Ms. Degler was President of Tax Management, Marketing Manager of Bureau of National Affairs, First Managing Editor of Occupational Safety and Health Reporter, Public Relations and Advertising Manager of Blue Cross of Virginia and a Member of the International Fiscal Association and the Advisory Board for the New American Workforce.
She studied Marketing and Management at the University of Wisconsin.
