Prior to joining WCB in 1998, Mr. Simmons was the founder and owner of Total Focus Investment Research (TFIR) which provided equity investment research to investment firms and public institutions with multi-billion dollar equity portfolios.
The same investment disciplines formerly provided to these organizations are now applied at WCB.
Before forming TFIR, he was with Hermitage Capital Corporation, an investment banking and money management firm with offices in Nashville and New York.
He received his B.S.
in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
