Rowland R. Hill

Prior to Swarthmore Group, Mr. Hill's most recent employer was The Vanguard Group, where he managed multiple portfolios totaling $4.0 billion in corporate bonds, mortgage backed securities, and sovereign credits.
He has obtained a wealth of investment experience, including pension management, investment systems design, quantitative model building and investment consulting.
In addition to the Vanguard Group, Mr. Hill has worked with The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he managed insurance and group annuity portfolios totaling $1.0 billion, and held managerial positions with Cigna and Conrail.
Mr. Hill holds a B.A.
and an M.B.A.
from Temple University.
He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
