Prior to joining ING Funds in 1999, he managed total return fixed income portfolios for Federated Investors, Harris Investment Management, and First City in Houston.
He began his career as a fixed income analyst for Criterion Funds and as an account executive at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. He earned a B.A.
