Dr. Sinkin is a Director of the Immigration Museum of New Americans in San Diego and a Member of the International Advisory Boards of the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies and the Center for US-Mexican Studies.
He received a BA, an MA, and a PhD in Latin American History from the University of Michigan.
