(NYSE: JPM) (JPM) acquired the substantial majority of assets and assumed the deposits and certain other liabilities of FRB. Following the acquisition, the firm became a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPM.
