Quin Garcia is co-founder and managing director of Autotech Ventures.
Quin brings to Autotech a passion for enabling the success of mobility entrepreneurs by advising them on business development, recruitment, fundraising, and competitive differentiation.
Raised in Silicon Valley, Quin is a lifelong “car guy” who has spent his career solving transportation problems with technology.
He has dedicated his career to using technology to create safe, equitable, convenient, clean transportation for all.
In addition to his work with Autotech Ventures portfolio companies, Quin has served in his personal capacity as a Board Director, Board Observer, or Advisory Board member at numerous mobility startups, including Lyft.
He was part of the founding team at the electric vehicle infrastructure startup Better Place, responsible for partnerships with automakers and parts suppliers while living in Israel, Japan, and China.
Quin holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Automotive Engineering from StanfordUniversity and a Bachelor of Science, with High Honors in Applied Economics and Management, fromCornell University.
He speaks English, Spanish and Chinese.
