Pho H Pham

Mr. Pho H.
Pham joined IDGVV in November 2006 as an associate.
Mr. Pham focuses on evaluating technologies, public policies and strategic IT development.
Prior to joining IDGVV, he served for 5 years as IT Consultant at the University of Southern California (USC), taking parts in multi-million dollar projects in computer and e-library services for more than 50,000 students and faculty.
He attended the graduate School of Policy, Planning, and Development at USC, where he earned a Master of Public Administration with IT Management emphasis.
Born and raised in Vietnam but formally educated in the United States, Mr. Pham often traveled back to Vietnam for research and consultancy.
He holds publications on US-Vietnam foreign policy and e-government, including the 2002 bilateral trade dispute over seafood, and the 2005 United Nations Special Report on e-Government.
Mr. Pham’s undergraduate studies were International Relations and Computer Science, both from USC.
