He began his career at the Citibank Corporate Finance Department in Paris, and then moved to a position in acquisition financing at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in London, taking part in a large number of financing and recapitalization transactions before financing major M&A deals in Europe.
