Straits Real Estate Pte. Ltd. (SRE) is a real estate investment firm headquartered in Singapore. The firm was founded in 2013 through a joint venture between The Straits Trading Co., Ltd. (Straits Trading) (89.5%) and the John Lim Family Office (10.5%), the investment holding group of companies founded by Mr. John Lim. They are now a wholly owned subsidiary of Straits Trading. SRE manages real estate assets for individual and institutional investors.

ARA Asset Management Ltd. (Investment Management) (ARA-IM) is the investment management division of ARA Asset Management Ltd. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm was founded in 2002 and focuses on managing listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private real estate and infrastructure funds in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Malaysia for investors including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, endowments and family offices. The Group's flagship private real estate fund is the ARA Asia Dragon Fund, a closed-end fund designed to provide a platform for global institutional investors to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate investments in various growth economies of Asia. Their first private fund was the Shariah-compliant Al-Islami Far Eastern Real Estate Fund.
