Paul Lu

Paul Lu is the founder of Balsa Group, which was founded in 2010.
He was the President of Balsa Group from 2010 to 2012.
Currently, Dr. Lu is the Managing Director & Head of Business Development at RTW Investments LP since 2020.
He is also an Investment Review Committee Member at Accelerate Long Island (Venture Capital).
In the past, he worked as the U.S.
Head at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
from 2017 to 2019.
Dr. Lu holds a doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, an undergraduate degree from Waikato University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
