The Group's principal activity is the investment in real estate properties in Eastern European Countries. At the end of the 2006/07 Business Year, the Group's real estate portfolio includes 135 properties with more than 4.5 millions square meters of letable space. The properties are located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia and Rumania. The type of real estate the Group invests in consists of Offices, Warehousing, Car Parks and to a lesser extend Retail Properties, Hotel and Leisure and Residential Properties.

Aviso Epsilon Bank AG (Aviso) formerly known as Semper Constantia Privatbank AG and Constantia Privatbank AG, controlled by the Turnauer family from Liechtenstein. Based in Vienna, Constantia Privatbank was bailed out in 2008 by several leading Austrian banks including the central bank and was transitionally renamed Aviso following a carve-out of the asset management and private banking activities, and the acquisition of a significant minority interest by a group of industrialists. Aviso provides asset management and private banking services to high-net worth individuals, corporate clients, foundations and trusts. They also provide services to third-party fund managers. They offer elective lending services, but have largely discontinued real estate and mortgage-related activities.
