Eastspring Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd. (EI-HK) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based asset management subsidiary of Prudential Corp. Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Great Britain-based Prudential Plc (LSE: PRU, NYSE: PUK), a multinational insurance company headquartered in London. Formerly known as Prudential Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd., founded in 1994, the firm was rebranded as Eastspring Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd. in 2012. EI-HK offers innovative investment solutions across key asset classes for institutional and retail investors globally.

BlackRock (Hong Kong) Ltd. (BlackRock-HK) is the Hong Kong-based subsidiary of the US-headquartered global investment management, risk management and advisory services group, BlackRock Inc. (NYSE: BLK). Founded in 1988, BlackRock merged with Barclays Global Investors (BGI) in 2009. BlackRock-HK was registered in Hong Kong in 2005 and provides investment management services to institutional clients, individual investors and intermediaries. They offer both segregated and pooled portfolio management and provide clients with access to balanced and specialist investment management.

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd. (BIM-UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm is a subsidiary of BlackRock Finance Europe Ltd., ultimately owned by BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK) in the US. BIM-UK was founded in 2006 following the merger of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and BlackRock. In 2009, BlackRock merged with Barclays Global Investors, including the iShares exchange traded funds business. The combined firm operates under the BlackRock name and has retained the iShares brand. BIM-UK manages a family of mutual funds and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual and pension funds. They also offer alternative investments and managed accounts for individual and institutional clients.
