Nicholas Tung

Nicholas is a Managing Director and joined Welkin in 2022.
He is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
He has over 20 years of management, operations, and investment experience.
Before Welkin, he led his family office's investment team where managed diversified investments across manufacturing, commodities, real estate, consumer, and logistics in Asia, North America, and Africa.
Before that, he worked at Shau Kee Investments, a subsidiary of Henderson Land as an investment analyst.
Nicholas received a Masters in Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong and The London Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Rochester Institute of Technology.
He is an active supporter in philanthropy and public service.
He is currently a delegate of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Municipality of Chongqing, a Vice Chairman of The Chongqing Overseas Youth Association, and Vice-Chairman of The Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation.
