Michael Gallagher

Mike Gallagher joined Commerce One in 1999 bringing more than 14 years of experience in enterprise software and software professional services.
As Vice President of Business Operations, Mike has responsibilities for the finance, legal, and information technology operations.
While at Commerce One, Mike initially led the technical support team before he took on responsibility for Supplier Resource Management business operations.
He has led several successful initiatives including the customer satisfaction program and implementation of a company-wide customer lifecycle management process.
Prior to Commerce One, Mike was a senior manager at Accenture.
His focus was leading and managing large customer relationship management (CRM) implementations for Fortune 500 customers such as SBC, Qwest, and AT&T.
Mike also led several quality improvement initiatives within the firm, including achievement of a CMM level II quality rating within one of its software solution centers.
