Melissa Radic

Ms. Radic is Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations for ECP Forestar, where she is responsible for investor relations and fundraising for ECP’s sustainable credit solutions platform.
Prior to joining ECP in 2023, Ms. Radic was Head of Investor Relations for IMPACT Community Capital, where she developed the platform’s external fundraising capabilities for credit strategies in multifamily affordable housing.
Prior to IMPACT, Ms. Radic was the head of BlackRock’s insurance business for the West Coast, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance and other taxable clients.
Ms. Radic received her undergraduate degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an Executive MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
