Mayer is Founder, General Partner & Portfolio Manager at Zedd Capital Management LLC.
Prior to forming Zedd Capital Management LP in 2002, Ms. Mayer was a Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management from 1999 to 2001.
From 1995 to 1998, Ms. Mayer was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Key Asset Management (Spears, Benzak, Salomon & Farrell, Inc.).
From 1990 to 1995, she was a Research Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Oppenheimer Capital, focusing on the areas of consumer nondurables, healthcare, publishing, advertising, utilities, specialty chemicals, and the toy industry.
Ms. Mayer earned a BA in English, history, and political science and an MA in English literature from Guru Nanak Dev University in India, and an MBA in finance and organizational management from Columbia Business School.
She was formerly an adjunct professor of corporate financial analysis and planning at Pace University.
