The Chautauqua Institution is a community of artists, educators, thinkers, faith leaders, and friends dedicated to exploring the best in humanity. The institution is also home to the Chautauqua Theater Company, which produces the best of a year-round regional theater within an eight-week summer season. The non-profit company is based in Chautauqua, NY, and has subsidiaries in the United States.
