Prior to that, he spent twelve years at National City Bank in Cleveland, where he held various roles in middle market and large corporate lending, middle market investment banking at NatCity Investments providing transaction advisory services to bank clients, and in leveraged finance providing senior debt financing to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Mr. McCormick holds a BA in Government Policy from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
