Prior to joining Monroe, Mr. Dineen held business development positions with Chemical Bank, Bank of Boston, Mezzanine Management and KeyBanc Capital Markets where he originated and executed all forms of senior debt, junior capital and equity.

from Siena College and his J.D.
from Pace Law School.
