Prior to joining Robin Hood Ventures, Mr. McDowell obtained experience managing large-scale outsourcing and systems integration projects with professional service consulting firms.
Mr. McDowell has extensive knowledge and expertise related to outsourcing solutions: transition and transformation, service operations and delivery, sales and solutions planning.
Mr. McDowell serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Ingenium Group.
He provides executive coaching and leadership development services to senior executives.
He is also a Mentor with DreamIt Ventures.
Mr. McDowell holds a BSI in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
