Maritza Ramirez

Maritza Ramirez joined the Intellispace team in March of 2005.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Ramirez brings with her over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and infrastructure development, as well as the restructuring of small to mid-size companies.
Prior to Intellispace, Ms. Ramirez was the Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Industries Inc. and its subsidiary Oaktree Systems, Inc., a marketing database management and product fulfillment company.
Prior to Oaktree, she was the Vice-President of Finance and Administration for MDM Technologies, Inc., a direct mail marketing company.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Ramirez spent 15 years on the financial side of the radio and television industry.
She worked and consulted for Carl Fisher Music Publishers, LLC, Radio-Active Media, Inc., and Jenny and Company Film Productions.
